4 large jacket potatoes
2 cans of tuna in spring water
2 cans of sweetcorn kernels
4 level tbsp fat free natural yogurt
4 level tbsp of extra light mayonnaise
Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Spaghetti carbonara

This classic pasta dish is traditionally high in Syns – our lightened-up version swaps cream for fat-free fromage frais without swapping any of the flavour!
To make a vegetarian carbonara, swap the bacon for chilled Quorn rashers and use a vegetarian alternative to Parmesan.
